Why we do what we do

Consciousness. Creativity. Change.

Creatnet Fashion embodies a unique philosophy: the Creatnet way. We integrate the inner and outer worlds, combining learning and leadership through action, reflection, and silence. Sustainability is not just a practice for us; it’s a way of life.

Here’s how we live it:

Product

We champion sustainability in every fiber we use, sourcing 100% cotton, flax, cotton silk blends, linen, and cotton flax blends from OEKO-Tex-approved mills. We also utilize GOTS-certified, FSC-certified, and PET-recycled polyester fabrics. Our zero-waste policy begins at design, aiming to minimize waste and maximize fabric efficiency. Leftover fabric is repurposed into swimwear and accessories like scrunchies and bags. By embracing innovative technologies and methods, we continuously reduce our carbon footprint, ensuring sustainability is at the core of every decision we make.

People

As a women-led business, we prioritize fair trade and women empowerment. Our tailors and seamstresses earn 20-30% above industry norms. We collaborate with Indian artisans to revive traditional crafts with a modern and contemporary twist. We ensure excellent working conditions, fair wages, and support for employees' medical and educational needs. Every worker is treated with dignity and respect, with ongoing professional development. Partnering with Setu.org, we train women tailors and conduct regular learning sessions, embodying Creatnet's integral way.

Process

Our ethical production is certified by HIGG, Sedex, and GOTS. We recycle wastewater through a comprehensive filtration system, including dyed waters, to meet environmental standards. We have installed a mechanical ETP plant that removes any toxins from the water before releasing it into sewage. Our eco-friendly packaging uses FSC-certified paper and biodegradable bags, aligning with our sustainability commitment. From the factory floor to the final product, we prioritize the planet, ensuring that every garment we create is as kind to the Earth as it is beautiful.
